    Mason Dynamics Warranty Repair Policy:

    1. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All return shipping charges are your responsibility.

    2. Mason Requires pre-authorization for the return of all products. Products not authorized for return shall be sent back to you at your expense.

    3. Mason will repair or replace the products and we will ship all products free via UPS Ground or carrier of Mason Dynamic’s choice.

    4. Damaged products will be returned “AS IS” by UPS Ground, Freight Collect.

    5. We will ship, at your expense, via any express carrier service you request. When you request a carrier other than Masons’s carrier of choice, you will bear risk of loss and freight expenses for such shipments.

    Mason Dynamics Return Procedure:

    1. Before requesting an RMA Number, please contact Mason Dynamics to determine whether replacement or service is required.

    2. Call your Inside Sales Representative and request this RMA Form.

    3. On the RMA Request form, make sure you enter all of the information asked. This includes any Serial Numbers and procedures that you performed prior to calling in for returning the product.

    4. Email the RMA form back to service@masondynamics.com. A RMA number will be issued or you will be contacted if your RMA request is declined within 24 hours.

    5. All returns should be boxed in the original packaging, or if this is not possible in appropriate packaging so there will be no damage. DRAIN OIL FROM RESEVOIR PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

    6. If you are looking for the maximum credit, return all cables, parts that where included with the initial shipment.

    7. When shipping, the RMA Number should be clearly marked on the outside of the box and in the attention space on your shipping manifest.

    8. All packages which appear to be damaged at the time of delivery to Mason will be refused “AS IS”.

    9. Please be assured that the products sent to Mason Dynamics are the same products for which the number was issued. If the products do not match the products under the assigned RMA Number, Mason will return all products by UPS Ground, Freight Collect.

    10. NO returns accepted without an RMA Number, absolutely no exceptions.

    11. RMA number is valid for 21 calendar days after authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returned items(s) beyond 21 days from the date RMA Number is assigned.
